🏭 Inside a cabin in the woods lies a secret hatch leading to a massive underground mining facility 🏭
Facility Omega is a Salvation Infection Map made for Halo 4 in Halo The Master Chief Collection.
The working name was Facility 117, but the custom game browser doesn't like numbers, so I changed it.
It was made for a forge contest held by "I Crush All" on the forgehub website
Salvation is a linear style infection game mode that contains objectives and scripting
The map begins with survivors starting near a 1-way hatch. Immediately the zombies will start coming through that hatch, so turn around and run!

Within the woods is a small command post that must be activated. The post is to "Call for evac"
After calling for evac, retreat to a cabin and hold out until the hatch opens
Drop down to reveal the emergency exit to the facility. Activate a switch to open the vault door.
Just past the vault door is the command room. Activate a switch to turn on the power to the facility
After turning on the power, traverse the warehouse to find a bomb (and a cache of weapon crates!)
Plant the bomb to clear the debris to the drill room
Activate the emergency protocol by activating 2 switches in the command room. Using the switches despawns the shield doors to the drill room, turns on turrets and spawns a beacon. The beacon must be carried and placed near the drill to activate it and destroy the artifact.
Planting the beacon will destroy the shield and the artifact, leaving behind an incineration cannon. The facility will go on lockdown and more turrets will become active. At this point you must flee the facility and make it back to the woods through the original zombie hatch. On the surface a pelican will be waiting for evac.
There will also be a teleporter and gravity lift spawned at the bottom of the original hatch entrance, but for the zombies. In other words, the players basically switch which hatches they used from the beginning, and it all comes full circle.

-On the main menu for Halo The Master Chief Collection, open your "Roster"
-Select your gamertag
-Select "Find Player"
-Search for me: Mr Metai Man (Yes, that is an i)
-Open my file share and download the map "Facility Omega" and the gametype "Salvation"
(And download other stuff while you're there too, quality stuff to be found)
