    Elite rank (and colour) is determined by what gear is in the chosen loadout gear. Use this flowchart to figure out which rank what loadout gear will create, allowing you to change the loadouts to make your own gametype variant with ranks you choose. Read the top row from left to right, stopping the first time you find gear in you loadout, to find which rank that loadout will produce.
