Site Update Final Touches + Going Live

Fixing that little featured map slider was a pain in the ass

I think it's about time we get these last couple things over the line. As per the last update - we had an issue where an major update destroyed the styles we had in place. It only took a couple days to repair due to backups - however the featured map slider we used to use was no longer salvageable.

I've now effectively replaced it with a reworked version of the default carousel widgets, which means we don't have to rely on a third party add-on in that respect.

There's still many little visual tweaks that need to be made, but I feel confident that people can start posting maps to the site.
